How does your system collect and transmit data?

AVEA uses a network of ruggedized sensors and gateways that run on their own independent wireless network. The sensors collect data from the infrastructure being monitored and sends it to local or cloud-based aggregators, where AVEA’s AI analyzes it for potential issues.

What does the platform monitor?

On rail networks, AVEA monitors rail, ties, ballast, locomotives and freight cars, including wheel and bearing health and greaser function. On highways, it monitors the condition of the roadway and the structures along it. Across both, it watches for environmental hazards such as flooding and landslides.
